How To Book


You can book at 'Finale' by phone, fax, email, or directly from our website. We will ask for the date you wish to book, the number of people attending, and your contact details. We will also enquire as to the type of ocassion you are booking for. While bookings are essential, if you haven't booked ahead of time, please give us a call to see if we can fit you in.


Daily-Do Vouchers


The following Terms and Conditions relate to the use and redemption of Daily-Do vouchers.

  1. A reservation MUST be made to redeem a voucher.
  2. Voucher numbers are required to be given when making a reservation.
  3. Vouchers are non refundable.
  4. Vouchers are not transferrable.
  5. 14 Days notice must be given to change a reservation.
  6. If a reservation is changed or cancelled within 14 days of a booking, no refund will be given and the voucher will be considered redeemed.
  7. Finale reserves the right to cancel any scheduled performance.
  8. Where Finale cancels a scheduled performance a voucher holder will be able to transfer their reservation to a subsequent night.
  9. No refund will be given for a cancelled performance.
  10. Vouchers may not be used for any existing booking.

Christmas Bookings


For all bookings throughout the November and December, we will send you an invoice TWO MONTHS prior to your booking date for the total number of people you have booked for. WE REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT, ONE MONTH OUT FROM YOUR BOOKING DATE FOR THE NUMBER OF SEATS YOU REQUIRE.


Due to extremely high demand over the Christmas Period, we will not be chasing groups for payment. Any payment dates that are not met (or arrangements made) will be given until 4pm the following day to make payment. If the payment date falls on a Sunday or a Public Holiday, an additional 24 hours will be provided for payment to be made. If no payment or correspondence is received at that time, the booking WILL be cancelled and the seats will be offered to people on our waiting list.


Over Christmas, once your numbers are confirmed and payment has been made in full, if your numbers reduce, NO refunds *1 will be given unless your seats are on sold.


Private Functions


If you wish to hold a private functioin at Finale, please discuss your requirements with our booking staff. We can do special menus and arrange for an additional selection of drinks if we do not have what you want on our drinks list. If you wish to have a private function we do have certain terms and conditions regarding minimum numbers. Current specials do not apply to private functions.


For all private functions we require payment in full at least 14 days in advance of the booking.



*1The term 'No Refunds' also applies to transferring the money for the people who are not attending to a bar tab, that is the same as giving a refund.
