Terms & Conditions

Deposits

For most of the year in order to confirm a booking, a $20.00 Non Refundable deposit per person is required. Until this deposit is paid, Finale does not guarantee any bookings. If you have confirmed your numbers and paid the deposit and your numbers change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to accomodate this change.

Daily-Do Vouchers

The following Terms and Conditions relate to the use and redemption of Daily-Do vouchers.

1. A reservation MUST be made to redeem a voucher.
2. Voucher numbers are required to be given when making a reservation.
3. Vouchers are non refundable.
4. Vouchers are not transferrable.
5. 14 Days notice must be given to change a reservation.
6. If a reservation is changed or cancelled within 14 days of a booking, no refund will be given and the voucher will be considered redeemed.
7. Finale reserves the right to cancel any scheduled performance.
8. Where Finale cancels a scheduled performance a voucher holder will be able to transfer their reservation to a subsequent night.
9. No refund will be given for a cancelled performance.
10. Vouchers may not be used for any existing booking.

Any groups over 30 people on a Friday or Saturday night, will be required to pay in full, in advance.

Christmas & Mid Winter Christmas

For weekend bookings over Mid-Winter Christmas, we will contact you 2 weeks out from your booking date and at that point, we require payment in full.

For all bookings throughout November and December, we will send you an invoice 2 months out from your booking date, for the total numbers you have booked. We require payment in full ONE MONTH out from your booking date for the number of seats that you require.

Due to extremely high demand over the Christmas period, we will not chase groups for payment. Any payment dates that are not met (or arrangements made) will be given until 4pm the following day to make payment. If the payment date falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday, payment is required by 4pm the NEXT business day.

If no payment or correspondence has been received at that time, the booking will be cancelled and the seats will be offered to our waiting list.

Refunds

Please be aware that, once you have confirmed your numbers and made payment, if people do not turn up on the night, or your numbers reduce below the number you have confirmed we do not provide any refunds, unless we have been able to on-sell you seats. In the event that your numbers do reduce, please advise us As Soon As Possible and we will do our best to on-sell seats for you.

Patrons Under 18 ID and Purchase of Alcohol

We consider our show to be suitable for anyone over the age of 18 years. We do not take bookings or allow customers under 18 years of age into Finale, without prior arrangement.

Please be aware that we may require proof of age at the door. To avoid any inconvenience and embarrassment please ensure you bring some proof of age ID with you, particularly if you are under 25 years of age. If you have no ID and there is any doubt regarding your age, you may be refused entry.

Acceptable ID for entry into Finale is either: A CURRENT NZ Photo Drivers Licence, A CURRENT Passport, or a HANZ 18+ Card. No other form of ID will be accepted.

In certain circumstances, prior arrangements can be made with management to allow minors into Finale. This is subject to certain conditions. Please call us to discuss this.

Patrons under 18 who arrive and have not made prior arrangements will not be admitted to Finale.

Young children (14 years and under) and babies, will not be admitted into Finale under ANY cirucmstances

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to purchase alcohol at Finale, in accordance with the Sale of Liquor Act 1989, and if found to be doing so, will be removed from the premises. Anyone supplying minors with alcohol will also be removed from Finale.

Cancellations

Finale reserves the right to cancel any scheduled show. Finale will always endeavour to give as much notice as possible should a show be cancelled, and will attempt to find another suitable date.
